Absolutely amazing customer service. The workers attention to detail was unprecedented & very professional. I first heard of Performance Window Cleaning on CTV when they cleaned all the windows on the tallest building in Ottawa.

Here are 22 more good reasons to use us (based on homeowner customer feedback):

..If you're still unsure about who to use for your exterior home cleaning, you'll want to ask these 4 critical questions PRIOR to you invite them into your home:

If the answer doesn’t roll out of their mouth as natural and previously explained tons of times before than you will want to be cautious about hiring this company… You need to ask for proof of insurance and WSIB documents to verify that they’re telling the truth. Whatever you do, never hire a company that doesn’t have insurance or WSIB registration or for some reason is unwilling to provide you with proof of these credentials. Check our insurance documents.

You want to hear some details regarding their past experience with doing this kind of work. After all, they could be doing damage to your home if they do things incorrectly! You want to ask about their experience and how long they’ve been in the industry for, how they learned, how were they trained and was there some sort of testing that took place before they were permitted to begin cleaning exteriors and all of that. Getting the correct answers to these questions will put your mind at ease and help you rest assured that you selected a reputable, experienced, insured and WSIB compliant company.

If the person or company that you’re looking to hire out is reluctant to provide you with letters or videos of testimonial you really want to take this as a sign of immediate caution.

If they don’t answer with a simple “Yes” or “Absolutely” you want to be extremely cautious about hiring this type of company. If they can’t guarantee their work then how can you trust that they will do a good job?

After asking all of these key questions you’ll know whether or not you should work with this company or not. In the case that you get answers to these questions that are not satisfactory, please whatever you do, don’t hire the company. Hire a different company that has the answers you’re looking for.

…ATT: Home & Commercial Property Owners

There are a lot of rip-off artist scam companies that use inexpensive ads and robo dialers to steal money from people but they never intend to deliver the service as advertised. The way they get you is they advertise huge discounted rates to attract high volumes of buyers then explain that the offer only applied to people with a specific type of window or something like that, however they can justify not honoring it. In other cases, these companies will state afterwards that what was advertised was only the basic package and they need to pay more. Unfortunately, this is not how the story ends. Frequently we hear that these “companies” are going ahead and completing these additional services without your authorization and then they try and force you to pay for it with unethical high pressure tactics.
